As a consultant, I want to filter on the target on the extensions list so that I can get "Theta" extensions or extensions targeted for a specific customer.
Examples:
- I filter on Theta Shared Apps so that I can download the latest Base Pack and Implementation Tools
- I filter on Carter Holt Harvey so that I can download their latest apps
