As a consultant, I want to be able to install the latest extension while I am in an environment because I do not want to wait for the "push" from our UI. Acceptance Criteria: The page should be accessible inside BC The page looks similar to the Apps page in the admin console where I can see the current version and the latest version. The install action can be run directly so that a csp user can perform the action.
